Join expert vegan cook & teacher Jane Easton and Gitananda Yoga Teacher, Helen Wilson for a rejuvenating & nourishing yoga and cookery retreat weekend in the stunning Black Mountains.

The retreat is being held in Jane’s beautiful contemporary cottage near Abergavenny and Hay on Wye… surrounded by nothing but rolling mountains, nature and fresh air!

On the menu will be a combination of relaxing yoga and hands on vegan cooking.. with somepranayama (yogic breathing), meditation, chanting and good company thrown into the mix. Learn how simple and delicious meat-free cooking can be, as Jane guides you through making some fabulous dishes. Join Helen for classical Gitananda Ashtanga Yoga, learning how to properly relax and help your body and mind feel calm and peaceful.
The retreat begins on Friday evening with a supper cooked by Jane, closing on Sunday after lunch and cakes cooked together.

The cottage is in the village of Capel-y-ffin, approx 1 hour 40 mins drive from Swansea and 1 hour 20 mins from Bristol.

£100 deposit required to secure place. Remaining £100 paid on arrival.

About Helen and Jane

Helen & Jane have worked together for six years, teaching vegan cookery to hundreds of people around the country, at events including Vegfest and Buddhafield.

Both combine a dedicated passion for sharing the wonders of a plant-based diet with a love of yoga and meditation. Helen is a qualified yoga teacher (certified by Yoga Alliance), and runs Womankind Yoga in Swansea, Wales. Helen also runs award-winning vegan food blog Lots of Nice Things. Jane works at Bristol-based vegan charity, Viva!, as food & cookery co-ordinator, running The Vegan Recipe Club.
