Swansea’s famous Beach Yoga Class is running now, until the end of August!

Have you seen a massive gathering of people practising yoga on the beach by The Observatory on Swansea Bay? That’s us!
The original Tuesday night class was first started by teacher Helen Wilson, in 2015 and has since formed a fanastic community of people who return to Beach Yoga year after year!
This year classes are running on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Sessions run from 7-8pm and are held on a donation basis. Booking is not essential, but you can donate online, or just turn up on the night and give cash.
Who can attend?
Classes are suitable for all levels, abilities and experience. Please inform the teacher if you have an injury before the class starts. Children can join in with parental supervision. Pregnant women – can attend Thursday night’s class with Helen, but please make contact beforehand.
Refunds/Cancellations
Our policy is that a full refund will be given if you give notice that you can’t attend the class by 12 noon on the day in question. This allows your place to be allocated to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations afer 12 noon on the day of the class and non-attendance will not be refunded.
