Why come to our yoga classes?

Do you see pictures of people doing yoga and think “I could never do that”! Many of us are held back by our own preconceptions of what yoga means and what we think our bodies can and cannot do. If you have always wanted to try yoga but not had the confidence, then this is the class for you. Womankind Yoga’s traditional yoga teaching is suitable for everybody, no matter how old you are, how fit you are and flexibility is certainly not required. Yoga can certainly help us become more strong and flexible but can also help us learn to come home to our true selves – learning to find peace, acceptance and confidence in both mind and body. Classes takes a gradual approach to hatha yoga (postures) with pranayama and guided meditation.

Womankind Yoga also run Sup Yoga Swansea, offering Paddleboard Yoga Classes in Swansea and Gower, inside at Penlan Leisure Centre during the Autumn/Winter and outside from the Spring.
