I had a deep tissue massage with Helen and it was honestly the best I've ever had.
From the moment I arrived, her cosy home studio felt warm and welcoming, and the lovely scented products she used made the experience even more relaxing.
I've recently been dealing with a frozen shoulder, and Helen took so much care and time to work on the tension and stiffness in my shoulder, neck and arm. She was attentive and incredibly thorough.
I left feeling so much looser, lighter and more relaxed than I have in months.
